  The hours here are incorrect. They seem to get in around 10:30 usually. Nice people tho. Wish they were open at 10 like the hours say.

  I love how she remembers her customers by name and is always available to help. Becca is awesome. I was recommended here and very happy they did. Very helpful and never ignored. Thank you

  I went in to change my last name and the man didn’t say anything typed a couple things on his computer and pushed my stuff off the counter and it all fell on the floor and said you can wait over there. I didn’t get a I’m sorry or let me help you as I am 8 months pregnant. I’m only giving a three star because faith continued to help me and was awesome.

  I've been with DFCU for over 15 years and have always had pleasant/positive experiences with the staff. Recently when my checkbook was stolen, I was assisted by Jocelyn of the Happy Valley branch and more fully by Rebecca of the Walmart Surprise branch on west Bell Rd. I am so thankful for their assistance. They averted what could have been a horrible situation and made it possible for me to continue with the fewest worries. Rebecca went above and beyond. Saying thanks is far too insignificant a term. I will stay with DFCU for a long time to come.

  Came to this place because a friend told me he had a good experience after trying to refinance his vehicle. Got there and immediately I was attended by Josie Cruz!! Such a nice and helpful lady!!

  If you dont have an account with them. Dont ask them to break a large bill. They wont. So much for customer service.
