  Very poor customer Service. The manager of the branch has exceptionally poor customer service etiquette. States has been a manger for 30yrs have been going to the branch for last 20yrs saw her once only and provided poor service. She is non flexible when it comes to accommodating old people with disabilities during the time of Covid-19 restrictions.

  I've been with dcb for 20 years Best service, never have been charged with excessive fees as with other banks I give 5 stars.

  I felt like I should write a decent review to combat Jeff's awesome and descriptive review. Anyways DCB gives me a free account because my employer also banks with them. They also pay back any ATM fee's you get from withdraws. I have seen ATM fees range from $2-$10 (the highest being in new York city, Washington DC, Chicago Illinois, and Vegas). They have waived fee's for me in the past but that could be because I'm good looking. They're open till 6 on Fridays which helps me get my check there after work. The clerks are very polite, helpful, and professional. Same goes for the security guard. All around, this is a great local bank. I prefer to not give my money to multi-billion dollar banks. I enjoy contributing to our local economy. I hope this is more descriptive that Jeff's review, just saying 'don't go here' without providing the reason why.

  Very rude made a big deal about a $200 check I was depositing from a family member to buy fundraiser supplies for a Alex's Lemonade stand we are doing in June to raise money for childhood cancer research. I had to pick up the family member and drive back to the bank so they could verify the check was good. Wasted about 60 minutes of my valuable time. I will be closing out my account soon and going elsewhere.

  If I could Negative Star I would, I have gone here for my fathers business for ten years and cashed his business checks. A few days ago they made me go inside to make a profile which I could literally done in the drive thru! They wasted my morning and took forever but I let it be. Today, after making a profile just a few days ago they made me go inside to cash the check again! Then they started questioning me about what the money was for; as far as I’m concerned what is it any of there business what my fathers business checks are for? Then they want to be extremely rude and if I could use a different word I would!! I left feeling disrespected and mad! She made me fingerprint a $300 check, when literally; a few days ago I cashed a $3000 check without harassment or disrespectful attitudes! Luckily I don’t and never will bank here! The middle aged, Hispanic lady with crunchy hair and glasses was beyond rude and invaded my privacy for my father business; I will assure to never have her help me again! I was going to call their bank and complain but maybe this will wake her up to reality!

  I’m fed up with this bank. ATM is outdated and took my card. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a new card.

  My employer banks with them so I get free check cashing n was offered free checking they took my phone number a few times but never called the staff is very friendly.
