  I absolutely loved working with Delta Mortgage for the refinance of our home. The whole process was less than three weeks. Very professional. I was amazed. I have never had a refinance transpired this easy and fast. Robyn was awesome, personable, and very professional. I definitely recommend this company.

  So, after nearly 5 months of constant delays we fired Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and decided to pursue our cash out refinance with Delta Mortgage Funding. Andy G. ushered us through to closing in LESS THAN A MONTH! Read that again... LESS THAN ONE MONTH! AND 2.75%--nearly a full percentage point LOWER than WFHM's "best rate they could get us" 3.6%. Oh, and lower closing costs. Color us "Thrilled in Minnesota". Call Andy G. @ Delta, tell him Greg & Colleen sent you.

  I was looking into a refinance mortgage when all of a sudden I received a phone call on my house phone, which I hardly answer. I was skeptical at first and did not consider it. My refinance mortgage with my bank fell apart at the seams so I called this place back. The man explained to me the whole process and promised he could get it done. With my refinance mortgage on its last leg I gave them a shot. Oh boy what a good choice I made. I received phone call and email updates for the few weeks we worked on this. I closed this refinance mortgage yesterday and am thrilled at the attention to detail. Give this place a try, it's worth it

  I was being called by many different companies for over a month. I took a few phone calls but one stood out to me, and it was this company. The representative was not too aggressive and explained the process and how things could work. Refinancing has been overwhelming in the past and I really did not feel the pain on this one. I had a notary public agent come to my home to sign everything. Cheers

  Delta Mortgage is a amazing group to work with and hands down the most honest company to trust. My family went thru alot of medical issues and I needed title and monetary help via the mortgage and Diana Castillo, Valerie and team were amazing! Even my mom's former bank couldn't beat their rates! Top that with a very kind and personal relationship with Diana helping me thru such a stressful time and walking me thru this process ...I was so grateful especially since I had no idea how to manage my mom's property. I felt safe, secure and guided during this difficult time. I can't express how the personal touch and financial advice saved my butt...I could have bought a predatory loan but Delta Mortgage advises in honesty and I know I will continue to have excellent counsel with this team.   I was appalled at the amount of phone calls I started getting when my local bank did something called a “mortgage review” I told majority of companies I was uninterested and bam, they would hang right up. I talked with a lady from this company and I thank my lucky socks I did. I spoke with the manager and dealt with him throughout the entire loan process. I am now pleased to say I am saving 8 years of interest on my loan while paying my same old mortgage payment

  everyone I talked to at Delta Mortgage was so helpful and very professional. They provided me with all the information I needed for me to be able to make the right decision. They helped me throughout the whole process and were available to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this place!

  I received a call on my house phone from this company and they talked to me about my mortgage and we exchanged some information back and forth about my mortgage. Then within 15-20 minutes of being on the call they put together numbers for me and told me everything about my mortgage from A-Z and explained what my new numbers would be and I honestly was shocked with how low they got my interest rate to and how fast they closed my process. GREAT COMPANY!!
