Debra Kent5Dean bank is the one bank I tried that truly cares about the customers. Always extremely friendly and so helpful with any problem. You lose your debit card you can get a new one right at the bank no waiting for it to come in the mail.

Vic Boom1Terrible service , employees are rude and they don’t know how to welcome the customers I walked in and the guy on the desk from like 15 feet away ( what can I do for you ) with that serious face . That’s not it , I said I want to open a safe deposit box , and he didn’t know what to do , no experience . And he said maybe you have to have an account with us and he wasn’t sure . So he calls his manager who didn’t seem to know much either , she said it’s ( recommended to have an account with us to pay for the box , but I know I can pay cash for it anyways , so it wasn’t not nesessary to have an account . Anyways , they are rude and I didn’t like the service at all and plus they lost a customer . And I’m glad i didn’t do business with them .
