  Best people to be in business with! They are friendly, kind, and really good at what they do. I've never had a problem with them but pretty sure my 7 year old gives them a hard time lol. They get your vehicle in quickly get the job done efficiently. They're very effective and what they do and work with me every time I need a little help.

  I have been financing from this company for more than three years now. I love these guys. The service department manager, Matt, is always sure to give me a discount or help out when (financial) times are tough. The finance manager, also named Matt, was extremely polite and helped me get a down payment on my repairs that I could afford since they know my payment history with them has always been perfect. As long as you are responsible with your payments and are open and honest with them, they will give you the help you need. This place is great for people looking to build or rebuild their credit. I financed my first car through them, and then my second car after I totaled 🤦🏻‍♀️ My first one. Just a tip… get the gap insurance!! Lol, but really I’m glad to have a dealership and service department that I can trust.

  I concur with the previous negative reviews. The blessed people who are putting good reviews on here, must still be thinking they got a great deal when all they got was a great screw over. Price the vehicle, look online and compare it to the costs that other dealerships have. Check blue book value. Do not sign until you have done so. I am paying a total of 29000 for a 2008 Dodge Durango with 142000 miles on it when I bought it. When I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. I was well within my, “oh my gosh! What have I done??” Timeframe but wouldn’t you know it Covid shut the place down two days later, and magically after two days of calling and emailing I could not get a response from the salesman. Then I talked to the finance company because I did not know they were LLC together. I have been honest since the start about the fact I feel I am being robbed. Well, suddenly, after a year of payments, they say they want to help with a hardship review. So I get the information in, and I am told to figure out a way to get on track. Then they repo my vehicle because they thought I wasn’t going to make my payment (after I just renewed insurance and tag, plus gave them all the information they needed). They then said I owed 383.00 to get my car. I borrowed from everyone just to be told it was now 500????? I finally got the money together a week later, and was told “I’m surprised at how the car looked???” Was that because I have to be a bum to get screwed or because she was trying to say once again I am getting a great deal? I am still paying on this monster but they did lower my interest from 20 to 18%. Who could ask for more? I don’t want this review to confuse anyone so please don’t get my car because I am making a payment today, no intention of not paying...

  This place is the absolute worst! I went there thinking it’d be a good place to start rebuilding my credit. We’re a blended family, my husband and I, and together we have 9 children. Seven of those children live at home so you can imagine what it’s costs to care for a family of this size. When we first got the car, we only had five children at home. We had a family emergency that involved a traumatic death that lead to our family adopting two more children. Which adoption fees and and two extra children to care for, $600 a month was way more than I could admittedly afford. I decided to let the vehicle go back. They didn’t have to come hunt me down or track the car because I took the car back and dropped it off to them. I was a good customer! I get that I signed a contract but what I dont understand is how these people sleep at night knowing they’re taking advantage of good people like us! The blue book value on this car is a little over $3,000 but yet they’ve hired an attorney, gone to court, and are now garnishing my husbands paychecks for a grand total of almost $15,000!!! This is straight wrong!!! We’re already pushing paycheck to paycheck and now this!!! To top it off, we are now paying for a vehicle that we don’t even have!!! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these evil people!

  I have been with them for almost 2 years. The service I receive from Ms. Diana has been amazing!!! She is always there to help me, she has worked with me to insure that through our unexpected circumstances, I can stay in good standings and not have to worry about losing my vehicle. I would and have recommended them to my family and friends. All their staff is great but Diana is above and beyond, she is AMAZING!!!

  We purchased a vehicle in June and after some unexpected hardships, it was difficult to make a payment or get my tag. I called Dealers Finance and explained my situation. Tammi was absolutely wonderful and caring. I have never had a loan company that was as understanding as Dealers Finance. From the purchase of my vehicle from Integrity to now, it has been the best experience in car buying. I would recommend this company over the majority any day!

  this place is the best place to get a vehicle, been doing business with them numerous years, financed a 3rd vehicle last year. i had an unexpected repair which caused me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership, couldnt afford the bill so they went ahead and took care of it for me with a beyond reasonable reimbursement option. thank you so much Tammy and Matt, yalls the best team to be able to work with :D

  Reposed my truck with my welder and torches on it, my payment was 9 days late this is after paying $780 a month for 10 months and putting $2000 down refusing to give my welder back and it's not bolted down. this is the worst finance company on earth who takes a man's source of income to provide for his family.... This world is full of greed I pray for the people in charge of this place they need Jesus in there life. In July they forced me to rent a truck because mine was shut off I had to pay $300 a day to rent a truck for 3 weeks when I could have been paying that on my truck this is the absolute craziest thing I've heard of....

  Mona is the BEST! She’s very helpful with options to get you back on track should you need it, she’s nice and caring about your situation whatever that may be, she’s very personable, when she calls/texts me she remembers ME, I’m not looked at as a number, to me thats important. I worked in finance for years in the past and theres two different types of “bill collectors”...the ones that don’t care what’s going on, your bill is due regardless and there’s the ones that know your bill is due, realize what’s going on and finds a solution if something happens to help your situation and theres. Mona truly cares on the good days and the bad. I appreciate that!
