  When we first started looking into homes, Covid was fresh out and the market was ehh. We reached out to two other lenders prior and they seemed like they didn’t want to help. So, I took a chance on Total Mortgage and was very happy we did because Darren got us approved in such a small time frame. He told us what we would expect and the next steps. He hooked us up with a personal banker and real estate agent. The process was seamless with the exception of the realtor, Darren quickly responded and provided us with an even better realtor. Darren’s whole team is amazing filled with people that care and take on a personal relationship with their clients. I would recommend anyone to Darren. Darren and his team stayed with you from beginning to end and even available for any questions after you close.

He will answer all your calls and answer all your questions. He is honest and transparent and working with Darren has been really pleasant.   Darren Kaplan of Total Mortgage is the man. I had a good team working with me as I needed, in the clutch to find and buy a home after an unsuccessful mortgage process. However, I must emphasize Darren was the greatness that kept it all together and moving forward. He held my hand through the whole process and there was never a question to big or too small or too late in the day that he didn’t get it answered. He even expertly took on the role of team captain coordinating aspects of legal and real estate agent relations, which he did with good nature and ease. Finally he even got my mortgage to the exact rounded number my OCD required, even though it was only $8 off. I love my new home and could not have done it without Darren.

  Darren is a really great lender. He was able to help us secure a mortgage at a great rate and he helped us close on time despite the fact that we had less than 30 days to close when we started out with him. I highly recommend him for any of your home financing needs

I was introduced to Darren through zillow and the man was so fast in getting me great deal with lower interest rate. The process was so smooth. Most recently Darren got a $500k approval on a new home for my wife and I after relocating to South Jersey . He is hard working and does not take no for an answer.
