  My friends introduced me to Danny and his team when I was lookin to refinance my house and I'm definitely glad I got to meet them! Having no knowledge of the terminology and the process, they were able to explain everything thoroughly. We were able to communicate easily and often and it was very easy for me to place my trust in them. Everything went smoothly so we were done in no time. Definitely recommend to everyone!

  Being a first time home buyer, Danny made it easy to understand the entire process. I appreciated all his patience and willingness to always be available. He always made sure I understood everything prior to signing. I also returned with Danny to assist in refinancing my home. Danny was always available to answer questions, he made my first time home buying experience and my first time refinancing my home an easy process.

  Danny Arriaza is one of the most reliable and trust worthy person to use when refinancing your home. My husband and I were really nervous of doing the refinance on our house because we had never undergone a process like that and wanted to make sure we understood everything that came along with it. Danny made the entire process very clear for us, he was always very transparent with all the information, extremely knowledgeable and extremely responsive whenever we reached out to him. My husband is a veteran, with a VA loan and Danny is very knowledgeable with those loans as well. I usually don't write reviews but I couldn't let Danny's talent go to waste and not let others take advantafe of it.

  It was a pleasure to have meet and work with Danny. As a first time buyer, there's a lot of numbers that seem intimidating and just random, Danny has the patience to explain the number and what they mean, and makes you feel comfortable with the loan process, it all comes down to the experience he has. When i went to Danny initially, i was already pre-qualified with another loan company and try to educate myself a little on the whole process, and it turns out i had no idea, thanks to Danny, it turns out i was able to afford a higher value house with the same monthly payments i was pre-qualified for, it was mind blowing, again, this comes with experience of Danny. He is very responsive to any questions either on email/text or phone call, he was with me every step of the way from the offer to the house, inspections of the house, appraisal of the house until the very end of the closing escrow. Me and my family are very grateful we where referred to Danny, it means a big deal to us, we are first time home buyers and we did not think we could get in a house we ended up with. Danny is a great Loan officer and an awesome person. With no hesitation, i would recommend Danny to my family and friends. I truly appreciate what Danny and his team has done for the future of my family and myself.

  Danny is one the best person I have ever met, he helped us a lot and when I say I meant a lot, not only with helping us buying our first home but also teaches us how to manage our credit..... He's very thorough with everything and made it easy for us to purchased our first house, and he works 24-7 just to give us the house we wanted. I Remembered I would text him at 11 pm at night if I have questions and he will text me back and explain things.... And every favor I asked Danny he's always there to help... Thank you Danny for everything. I recommended Danny with every people I know who wants to buy their own dream house.... truly grateful for this guy

  Danny was a great help when purchasing our first home. Being naive to home loans he explained in detail what to expect and what would be required. He was very patient with our schedules, doing what he could to help us close on time. You can always count on him to make you feel at ease in such a stressful time. He has an awesome personality everytime ​we would go in we came out feeling confident we were in great hands. I would highly recommend Danny.
