Such an amazing experience with Danielle and her team, Rich, Cocca and Diana. They are so responsive and made the mortgage process such a breeze for us to purchase our multi family building. What I loved about Danielle and citizens bank in general is that there are no gimmicks. Most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Took advantage of first time home buyers. Never returns my calls. Screwed up both my mortgage and checking account with her carelessness. Called her last week with emergency mortgage issue no response. And still no call back
