      Dakova is best the Loan Officer ever, I was rejected by other banks and I was able to get a Home Loan with Chase through him. I got a Grant from NHSNYC to assist me with my closing cost and it was a great help. I highly recommend Chase Home Lending for your mortgage through Dakova Duverseau.

      Dakova is the worst home lender ever. Despite my high salary and excellent credit score, he take 6 weeks to produce a pre-approval letter, a process that should take at most one week. He is not responsive to emails and does not follow through with phone conversations.
