      This bank is amazing! Jodi is an all star and is absolutely one of the best bank workers I have ever met! She is funny, kind, knowledgeable, willing to work with you, and just all around amazing! My husband and I moved out of state and haven’t opened up an account with any other bank because of the service we got from the Custer branch. Also, if you get a chance, Nancy is absolutely awesome too and you should definitely work with her as well! Great service, great bank, great people!! Can’t ask for much more :)

      The online banking is terrible. It takes forever to deposit a check through the app. They can decline the check after you deposit it. And if you don't check your emails religiously then you won't realize that it got declined until its too late. Plus they aren't open on weekends which is a huge inconvenience. Just don't recommend this bank if you're looking for easy and efficient banking.
