D.C. Teachers Federal Credit Union Reviews

Amanda Oldakowski1We opened an account in January and should have run from the beginning! They claim they are for teachers but mocked us when we asked about Saturday hours. They have also been charging us for a life insurance policy on our auto loan that we never signed up for and our interest rate seems to change from month to month even though we signed up for a fixed rate loan. They have been actively ignoring our phone calls and emails for 2 months now! Can't wait until our 6 months are up and we can close our accounts! I can't believe the levels of ineptitude at this place.

Gail Carter2How many times can your dc teachers visa card get hacked? Why does it take 2 weeks to obtain a new visa card? When are they going to update their computers and technology system? Poor parking also.
