  This is the best bank I have ever banked with and I have banked with ALOT! I have been with CSE for several years and have referred several friends all of which are very happy they switched. All the negative reviews on here you all must be Chase employees all the people that I have gotten to switch came from Chase (by far the WORST bank EVER!!) The person that complained about a 6 dollar fee to get a new card and was going out of town. Sure was sad you had to pay 6 dollars to get a card printed in less than 5 minutes so you could go on your well planned vacation I guess you would have been WAY better off waiting 7-10 business days for your card to come in the mail like you would have had done at any other bank.(I wonder how that vacation would have turned out??) It's a convenience fee. I for one am happy to pay the 6 dollars for a new card when I get it in less than 5 minutes. My dad has banked with them for almost 40 years back when a family member had to work for City Service to bank with them. I can say in all that time he's had one problem with over draft protection which was immediately corrected and he was refunded so that's a pretty good record if you ask me!! I could poke holes in all the negative reviews I just don't have the time. This is an amazing bank with above standard customer service. Give them a try to you will not regret it!!!

  By far the worst bank I've ever used. I've been with then for almost 2 years and every single time I walk out of their door I'm furious. wether its putting 7 day holds on checks to charging my account for bill pay services that my utility claims they never received to putting a hold on my account for missing a loan payment that by their own records i made. I will meet get taken advantage of by them again.

  This bank is not worth going to they will charge u fee after fee when ever they please. When someone takes money out of your account without athorization from you this company will allow it to happen won't do anything about it, as long as they get there money they don't care who rips you off. I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere I hope noone else had to be ripped off by this bank

  this bank is getting as ridiculous as Chase Bank. Chase wants to charge you $8 to cash someone check that's drawn on their Bank. This Bank wants to charge me $6 to reprint my debit card, this chip that was supposed to solve all the problems of the world isn't working. I'm going on vacation and they tell me my debit card won't work out of the country. I'm going to another bank it's a shame I have to have this one because my company retirement checks are deposited there.

  I love this credit union they have helped me out many times. The people are awesome and regardless what of what others have posted yeah I may have overdraft but if you read what is said in the members info they give you they charge 30 per incident.

  I had someone deposit a check into my account and the teller gave them my account balance without my knowledge. Good thing we have privacy laws so they can just illegally give out my personal information.

  Please train your staff on a FEDERAL MILITARY ID being a VALID ID! If my ID VERIFIES my account with another institution I shouldn’t have to verify an email address or any other personal information, that is between me and the other institution on validation.

  **SCAMMERS ALERT** I don't usually write reviews, BUT TODAY I HAVE TiME! PLEASE DO NOT BANK AT THIS BANK, CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AS OF YESTERDAY! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $30 PER TRANSACTION, EVEN IF YOU HAVE OVERDRAFT PROTECTION THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU $5! --OTHER BANKS DO NOT DO THIS-- AS OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED, THEY HAVE STOLEN OVER $500 IN JUST FEES IN LESS THAN A COUPLE MONTHS, WITHOUT WAIVING ANY OF THOSE FEES!
