  Bought a house from her that she was selling. Herself and the bank would not let me be at the house when appraiser was there. They stated, I could not be present. Come to find out, i could've been there. She is very dishonest. She stated she would fix the roof that was very badly needing repairs IF the appraiser said it needed it. We had the appraiser come out and there was snow and ice on the roof. I had to pay it out of my own pocket all the way down to the rafters. She k we this. She stated to me that, she was told the roof had 5 years left. It had less than 2. It was extremely rotted under the shingles. Find out today, the fuse box needs upgraded and that there is no ground wire to the house. I'm SURE she knew this and didn't disclose this. Bare wires in the attic. They are capped but still.... I'm finding out so much wrong with this house. My wife and I have put tons of money in this house not knowing what was wrong. She never disclosed anything to us. Moral of story, DON'T trust this woman. Have everything expected do NOT take her word for it.

  This is a horrible company. You can never get ahold of anyone and if you do they can't find your loan number or address. You go through 8 minutes of automated nonsense just to get someone that has no idea what's going on. Just had an agent tell me the time frame to call people back is 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS! What?! Terrible terrible customer service.
