  After months of looking for a rental in a 55+ community and having no luck due to high rental prices and very low inventory of homes available, we were very discouraged. There were so many homes for sale but we were sure we would not qualify for a mortgage because we’d had a couple of rough years financially. We called a family member who is a realtor to see if she could help find us a rental. Instead, she gave us Mark’s number to see if we could qualify for a mortgage. He made it happen for us! He and his team at Cross Country were wonderful to work with and we closed on our loan on just over 40 days! Our mortgage payment is about $800 less a month than what the rentals we had looked at cost! Would highly recommend.

  We first started working with Mark in Feb 2020, right before the world shut down. Being first time home-buyers with multiple jobs (including self employment), we were a particularly difficult case, especially navigating a market during covid times. But after almost two years in the house buying process and market, we came out victorious with our dream home! The team at Cross Country made sure we closed on time (a little early actually) and we are enjoying our first week in our new home. Thanks Mark!

  Never using 3rd party lending nor recommending this group to anyone. First time home buyer I felt at times taken advantage of...now 4 months later he contacts my fiance after financing and runs my credit unauthorized. I will be contacting the division of banking
