  Jose Urbina really looks out for my daughter! He's been the loan officer for her past 2 car purchases, and makes sure she gets the best interest rate, and the optional additions that are right for her so she won't end up in a bind. He walks her through every process, each step of the way. It's hard to find great people who will invest time, and look out for wellbeing of others. Very happy... Oh... and the lobby is adorable!

  I don't understand why they closed the Branch at 119th. When I go to this branch I definitely plan 40 minutes or more to take care of a 5 minute transaction. Drive thru is supposed to be faster than walking in but at this branch it is truly the opposite.

  Absolutely love this CUA! Clean with comfortable chairs and wonderful staff all around. Jose Urbina is the greatest! He is very helpful, kind, and understanding. Will definitely be coming here for all my banking needs. Thank you for being so phenomenal!

  Went in to get small denomination bills. Bank didn’t even have what we needed. Not sure why a bank doesn’t have small bills on hand.

  Never answers phone.. Leaves call back. Take 3 too 5 days respond, Then you call back, still No Answer.

  we have banked here for years always GREAT service very friendly people. they remember your name and always helpful. Eric has always treated us very well and have enjoyed coming to this bank never any trouble with anything.

  Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. I had a question about my account and the lady I talked with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very poor attitude. I will be finding a different location to go to. Literally one of the most childish and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

  been waiting a hour on hold with them and CANT get phone numbers of the branch just down the street. would be faster if i walked......
