  I recently had the misfortune of being the victim of an internet scam involving my Credit Union 1 debit card. Needless to say, I was more than worried about the security of my accounts. Lucky for me I had the good fortune of encountering Service Representative Debbi McDonald. She not only took the action needed to protect my account, she also took the time to explain to me the reasons behind it, and made suggestions for ways to help protect my account in the future. Debbi made my concerns her number one priority. That is the epitome of great customer service and it's what makes Credit Union 1 a great place to bank.

  Debbie was fantastic!! Very helpful. Contacted company they agreed to cancel and refund the 3 months charged. Also informed me of the card keeper app. Love this credit union.

  Do not use one of their affiliated branches. You can put your money in, but you can’t get it out from the branch. lots of other restrictions as well. They did not tell us any of this when we called them. They really had us in a bind requiring a wet signature to request a wire transfer. If you live in Rantoul Illinois, no problem. However, if you live anywhere else, this is not at all convenient. We had to pay $86 to FedEx a piece of paper to them. Ridiculous that in this year you have to do that vs online or faxing or e-signing. We have bought and sold property using e-signatures. Sadly, Credit union1 is not up to date with technology.

  I spoke with Debbie McDonald and she was amazing he helped me faster than anyone i ever interacting with at CU1. She was fast and issued me another card with my business name on it after 4 attempts from other representatives and they all failed to help she helped me the fastest and waa very professional. Thank you Debbie your amazing

  After filing a dispute regarding my debit card, Ms. Debbie from card services immediately reached out to assist. She spoke with me about fraudulent charges and highly recommended the use of credit union 1s mobile/card app. Thank you again in advance.

  Went to withdraw money from my account to make a big purchase and they said I could not withdraw more than $2000 I looked online and it said withdraw had no max from teller. It was very frustrating. Even after telling them I wanted to close my account they still would not release my cash only a cashiers check that you have an 11 day hold on it.

  I've had accounts with Credit Union 1 for multiple years. The staff has been great..especially, Kristin Wyatt. Moments of my interactions with her , have been very pleasant, respectful, informative and helpful throughout. Even when speaking with her through the call center, her professionalism hasn't skipped a beat. Thanks again for the great service.

  I have been banking with Credit Union 1 for years, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Whitney D. from Credit Union 1 on my recent home improvement loan application. She took the time to go over my different options and was even able to get me a great rate and loan approval. She was readily available to answer all my questions and she made the process very smooth and easy.
