  Erin was incredibly helpful and professional in both receiving and processing my request for assistance. I had received an unexpected and substantial tax bill during an already expensive month for my family. I discovered that my final of four payments to credit key was going to be declined by my bank. I reached out to request a slight delay in my payment to the following month, anticipating a likely decline to accommodate my needs. Even though it might represent an annoyance and a small amount of money to a company, for me it meant the difference between adding to debt by way of return fees I would likely see from my bank, and getting back on track and money that, let’s face it, is not getting us far these days. It was slightly embarrassing, as I’m very good at budgeting and have excellent credit, but as a disabled veteran on a fixed income, and two children, one now heading to college, and another soon to follow…I’m always right on the edge financially. Erin was understanding, and even while initially unsure if it could happen, assured me that she would look into it and raise the issue higher to her supervisors for a clear answer. Erin, thank you. Your efforts paid off and while it might not seem like a huge deal, the willingness by you to actually care enough to follow through and track this down, and ultimately deliver good news, reflects highly both on your professionalism and your work ethic. It also speaks volumes on credit key as a company that not only has a clear understanding of how beneficial a repayment system benefits both retailers and consumers, but that they took the time to consider the individual consumer/client as a person, and the circumstances, not just as revenue. I didn’t expect the outcome I received, but I am incredibly grateful. Thank you Erin, and thank you credit key.

  Credit Key just lost a great customer today! We are a fast growing and scaling company and we need additional cash sometimes. We used credit key a lot! Loved the customer service, and the merchant credit card feature. We have paid all our bills on time, and used well over $50,000 with them. Even had the accounts maxed out and paid off in less than a year. Some account term were 180 - 360 days old. Great payment history and today we were declined as we literally have 2 payments left(under $2,000). We have worked hard to get our entire balance paid off! We go to take a measly 8,000 loan and are declined any money at all. I will take our business elsewhere! The fact that they would decline me without a further investigation or speaking with me to try and understand how our profit first banking works they shut the door in our face! If you are company using Profit First, don't go here!

  Working with credit key has definitely helped my business in time of need. Shout out to Maria, Fernanda and the rest of the team! They work really hard to get the approvals and they make the process so easy, very helpful, professional and courteous. Highly recommend giving them a chance!

  I have nothing but amazing things to say about credit key. They are fantastic to work with, their customer service department is top notch. Anytime we have a question or concern, there is always someone who is happy to answer all our questions. They have really helped us take our business to the next level. I wish more companies where like them! They will be our go-to for any of our funding needs.

  As a Sales and Marketing Manager, I would NOT recommend CreditKey. During the initial demonstration, we were very impressed with their capability and willingness to help us succeed -- unfortunately it was a ruse. They did not deliver on any of the items they said they would, namely integrating their tool on our website and providing preapproval lists for us to start marketing. I look forward to our contract ending and focusing on a better short-term financing solution for our customers.

  This company is HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM !! They will not let use my account, They wont answer the phones , they wont return phone calls, and are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with !! Poor customer service or should I say non existent customer service. All I did was change my phone number and they wont let me back into my account to use it. I made an appointment at the DMV for a new ID and since its Covid the next available appointment is in 1 month and they refuse to verify the account in any other way ! Again HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
