  I been with them since June 2021. It’s January 2022 and they have done nothing. My goal was only to get things “REMOVED” off my credit. (Inquiries, Collections, Late, etc.) The program cost $900 which you pay out of pocket for or make a loan referred by them to a lender which helps you build new credit. The % is much of nothing. That may be a good thing for some. However, the bad is the communication and actual work. They tell you to send in all updates, emails, mail but don’t respond back. No feedback. Then the program that they use to see your credit profile uses the Vantage Scoring Module that you have to pay for monthly Well, Credit Karma uses the same and it’s free. What they don’t tell you is that the real score everyone goes by is your FICO score. This wasn’t worth it for me.

  Don’t waste your time. They’re going to say they’ve worked on your credit and nothing will be removed. Not only that everything they recommend you to do does not help. Find someone else or just do it yourself. First red flag, is an automated text message when you sign up. Expect this the entire time you are paying them.

  I had them also I didn't receive nothing waste of time and money I got more taken off from Lexington witch I wasn't impressed with them but they did do way more i wouldn't use these ppl

  Second time doing business with this company. First time was a great experience. Items was removed and they got my score up. This time a have been dealing with them for over a year and there was no improvements at ALL. Communication was horrible and wasn’t doing anything for my credit. No going to say it’s a bad company but this time wasn’t good for me

  I have worked with this company and have had good results. They were able to remove twelve items from my report. Though communication was a bit delayed the services were good. Not a scam.

  So bad on communication. I canceled my service prior to my due date and he still drafted my money. Horrible place to trust. Steve West said i would see improvement in 3 months. Soo false. Any improvement i seen was from my own doing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. No one communicates or answers the phone. Upon signing up, he called me a whole after after the scheduled time. The previous scheduled day, he didnt call at all. Just forgot about a paying client. Awful service.

  Horrible communication! Everything is through text, I’ve been working with them for about 7 months & during those 7 months my credit score went up probably 20 points. Wouldn’t recommend, definitely a waste of time & money

  I been dealing with them for a year my scores are still low. I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own credit repair business. Don’t trust ppl that can’t produce results !!!!!

  Don't waste your money ! Did not get anything off of my credit report! After $500 plus monthly monitoring fees, I'm still in the same position as before.

  Reasonably flexible pay; Reliable, educated; reliable investment; straight up professional: consistent commuication; compassionate; legit. Don't trust those others fly by night 30 days quick fix companies.LIFE HAPPINESS!! I am a repeat satisfied customer. IF YOU GO CHEAPER. YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER AND IT VPULD BEVOME A DISASTER FOR YOU.
