      After 1st initial meeting I had high hopes. About 2 months in I requested a meeting so I can ask questions and get clarity beyond checking "my progress" through my online account. To no avail. An appointment was made, then cancelled by Mili THE DAY OF! I was told my appointment had to be cancelled because Mili was sick. A week had passed and I still haven't received a NEW appointment. Two weeks has passed and now I'm hoping Milli isn't on her death bed because surely she knows I'm waiting on my rescheduled appointment. Payments are steadily coming out of my account while I'm waiting. I show up at an event, not expecting to see Mili, but she was there serving food! I told her I was glad to see she was ok, and perhaps I can get a new appointment. Well, needless to say I waited some more but a new appointment never came. I sent an email to cancel service and were told they would let billing know but I still had to pay another payment. When I explained my reasoning because they said they hate to see me go, guess what!, THEY STILL DIDN'T OFFER A NEW APPOINTMENT! I heard people say this place was a scam. I concur.

      If you are not in the Huntsville area, I do not recommend becoming a client. This company has failed to keep communication with me as promised on multiple occasions. I received an email to schedule a one on one phone call to go over my report and progress. After arranging and confirming the appointment, the company failed to call. I waited over an hour still no one was available. I sent an email informing them of the missed appointment, I was asked if they could reschedule - which I agreed to do. THEY MISSED THE SECOND APPOINTMENT! After over 8 months with this company, My credit did not improve. After losing 20 points and repeated failed communication. I decided to cancel and do the work myself smh. I am very disappointed, I had high hopes in Credit One USA.

      A little over a year ago I took the liberty of locating these pdf letters to rebuild and restore my credit. I felt like covered some decent ground. In that time. Then I started received a lot of responses from the creditors and collections and I was completely lost. I knew the goal at hand was to continue having my delinquent and negative accounts removed off of my credit report. So I made the decision again after discussing with my mentor where I was at with restore my credit he looks me did in the face and asked me why I was no longer a client of his sister and I told him I had dropped out the program and started doing it on my own and now I was lost. He said go see Milli. Fast forward I come into credit one make my appointment with Milli as told. We spend 30 mins in her office as I’m catching her up on my progress in the middle of the conversation she halts me from talking and says you know if you call such and such we can get 18-20 of your negatives removed…. It took all of 5 mins on a phone call and I’m having 18 negatives removed. This is a transparent review trust people in their craft, element, and professions. You can’t be the know it all and expert in everything. Thank you soooo much Milli and the rest of the credit 1 USA team!!!

      Although I am still a customer, this company has truly changed my life. In a short three months I have got several deletions and the staff is amazing! I love Milli, she is helpful and her energy about your success is always through the roof. My best experiences with this company was getting a government job offer and having Credit 1 USA on my side. With their validation and quick work I was able to start working only a week later. I can’t wait to see where I will be in the next few months!

      I started the process with Credit1USA at the end of July. My credit report is for the most part clear minus late payments from one company & inquiries from mortgage shopping. I asked if they would be able to help and she said yes. I told them I want to purchase a home in April in hope more homes would be on the market next year due to COVID. The credit specialist was always pleasant & responsive. However, nothing was done to my credit report. They mentioned they mailed out dispute letters but I never received anything in the mail, pending disputes was never shown on my credit report and nothing was never removed. I ended my service last week. I believe this company strings consumers along to maintain the monthly payments. Please do not waste your time & money. This company will only collect their bi-weekly fee without results. Reply to Response to Owner: I was hesitant to write a this review about a black owned business and I was going to remove it but I was busy. I was never offered a full refund. In fact, I asked in email twice and it was denied twice. I asked via email to not take out my last payment and you told me you had to process it. If any future customers would like a screen shot, I’m more than happy to forward it. Despite my negative experience, I still thought highly of your company due to the great customer service. I’m shocked by lies and now I’m definitely convinced your organization is prolonging the credit process.

      Im dissapointed ive been with the company over 4 months with no movement/changes on my account. I havent received a credit report reflecting a dispute have been initiated. Milli is very pleasant but theres no results or evidence that anything has even started. Because i have monitoring tools that were already in place I receive emails from the credit bureaus which reflect nothing. At this point i would like a full refund. I wanted to support a black owned business but some part of me believe I'm being strung along. I know credit repair take time but I dont show anything has started. Vsetzer

      I’ve been with credit 1 USA since 2019 to 2021. My credit score has stayed in the 500 range, I’ve learned how to delete items and boost my credit score up myself. Don’t be like me and waste your money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.
