  Switched my used car loan, good rate and right now I received 1.5% of loan for transferring my loan. There is a maximum amount they will give though. It went very quickly. Tammy was very pleasant and helpful.

  Rude teller at the window today. I went thru drive thru to pay my house payment this morning. After a good full minute or more she finally looked up and acknowledged me by saying very rudely, that it was going to be a bit because she was busy. No hello, smile or apology. Two more cars pulled in so she called someone else to help. She wasn't much friendlier.

  If you like being ignored while employees have personal conversations this bank is for you. They are rude and act snotty. Besides lobby is still closed. Was insulted by Julie at spencer branch. This is not a bank for all, not diverse at all. They are guilty of financial discrimination. Closed my account and changed banks. Wow other banks are polite and work for you. Good luck if you choose ocb
