  I had a loan sent to this bank to fix my car and they refused to release all of the money at once to me. I could not pay to have my car fixed, so here I am New Years weekend with no car and no way to get to work. Manager was rude but tellers were nice.

  Mostly rude non helpful tellers. You can only hope to catch one of them on a good day! Unless they 'know' you do not expect good customer service. At all! Even as a member!

  Lord have mercy, I lost my card!! I couldn’t find it anywhere and I was so upset as it’s right here at Christmas! I call the CPM 1-800# and the sweetest lady helped me! She could tell I was upset and she was absolutely wonderful! She canceled my card for me and put my fears to rest. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to speak to someone who was so genuine and really cared about me!! Thanks Violet and Thanks CPM for having the absolute Best employees! 😉

  I don't like this bank or the app. I can't keep track of what's coming in and when and when I call they can't see it? You can't see what money is coming to your bank? I don't like being kept in the dark about MY MONEY! I should be able to see pending deposits as well as pending transactions and those transactions should be Swift not I pay something on Monday and they take it out next Thursday. It's incompetently tan and I'm leaving this bank.

  Mr. Harrison, we're sorry to hear you’re having issues with our online platform. We assure you it is not our intent to keep you or any of our members in the dark in regards to your deposits. Of course depending on how you transact and where you transact, the timeframe for withdraws can be anywhere from 1-4 days. Unfortunately, we cannot control that. Our Regional Manager would be happy to discuss both with you at your convenience.

  I had such a great experience at CPM. Michelle Foxworth is the absolute best! She was so patient with helping me secure my auto loan. I went back and forth so many times with her and she kept working the deals for me. I love her!

  Terrible costumer service , they kept charging my account after I told them I wanted to close my account , then they send me a letter saying my account is negative 200 dollars. I don’t know how if I haven’t used my card. I went in to speak with someone and she was so rude and unhelpful. Do not bank here. They have fees that are absolutely ridiculous. They have a fee for everything. A country bank that needs to do better and catch up with the other banks when it comes to technology and how they run things.

  The absolute only reason this bank is getting one star is I have to give it something to leave this review. This is a bank that has no compassion or respect for there clients and they refuse to do what’s right. I have never been to a bank like this. I feel like it’s the only bank I’ve ever banked with and have been sorely disappointed. They have taken hundreds of dollars from me and hide behind non sufficient funds. What makes it even more horrible is the way they disrespectfully talk to you. Will be closing my account to day. Wish I never opened it with them.

  I've had this bank for months with no problem all the way until tonight when I tried to check my balance with the 24 HOUR BANKING and it kept saying it wasn't available....then why call it 24 HOUR BANKING? It's happened 4 times yesterday and again this morning when I called. Is the system down or something? Because it's annoying as hell trying to do something as simple as check my balance.

  They play the banking system well. You make a deposit (cash) and then use debit later and the deposit doesn’t post. You make a payment online and it accepts right away and shows in your account but they don’t deduct it until they feel like it. They have oversrafted my account by holding deposits cash and electronic. Then say well it’s because you promised to pay on this day and the deposit didn’t post yet. We both looked at my account and seen the deposit posted before the transaction. They would not fix their error. Horrible bank. Multiple locations have closed. Obvious as to why.
