Olga Philippe5This was my first time buying a manufacture home and I always heard how hard it is to get a loan and that interest rates are much higher than buying a build home, but that was not the case with Country Place Mortgage. I got a great interest rate and the process was fast and easy. Kory Beickel was great, kept me up to date on everything and even my agent and the seller's agent made a comment to me how wonderful he was keeping everybody informed of what was going on. Thank you Kory, now we have a little getaway that we will enjoy with our family.

David Collinge5Working with Jeff Steuer was a great experience. Extremely efficient and always there to answer questions whenever I called, either at that time or called back very shortly thereafter - tremendous communication! Each step done as quick as possible, especially in our type of loan. Highly recommend Jeff and Countryplace Mortgage.
Response from the ownerThank you , I always appreciate positive feedback.

Sarah Colling1Stay away from this place, me and my fiance had a horrible experience. We were working with David Kuczkowski and the realiter, they did not know how to do there job. Me and my fiance were purchasing land, not only did it take several months and my fiance yelling at david but he also took two weeks off and never notified us, Because it took so long we ended having to live in a hotel. David does not care about his clients or there situation, he'll give you alot of BS and excuses, he gets the job done on his time. Again stay away from this place, he is nothing but a disappointment.

Debi Anderson5Working with David Kuczkowski on my home loan was a smooth experience. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way and was very diligent in processing my loan in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using this company for any type of home loan. Thanks David!

Randy James1This was the worst loan experience I ever had! I own four homes and I know lender rules and regulations can be exhausting! Yet by far country place mortgage was horiffic, time consuming and the most uninformative lender I ever worked with. Almost lost my seller three times during extensive processes. No one answers the phone! I was lied to on various occasions! To much to list what went wrong!

Daniel C1Just started with them and already hate this bank. Super disorganized when trying to close and closing got pushed back as a result. Got a really crappy interest rate despite having phenomenal credit but was so strapped for time by that point I couldn't fight it. Then I come to find out that my account has been randomly selected to NOT be eligible for online payment despite the company offering it as an option. It's 2018...get with the times! Will be refinancing ASAP...
Response from the ownerDaniel, Your comments are of great concern to Countryplace. I would like to do some more research about your situation to see if perhaps we could or should have handled this differently. If you could provide your last name I will follow up and respond after looking into it. Thanks, Brett Pierce President- Retail Lending Countryplace Mortgage [email protected]
