  My husband and I have always been told we couldn't get a loan. In December if 2020 i contracted Corey. He reviewed our credit told what I need to do,by August 2021 we closed on our house. Corey and his team was awesome, they helped and guided us so much it was a little stressful on my end but he made go very smooth. Again I'm very thankful for Corey Pam D

  I looked at a refinance with cash out in various places. I was particularly put off with the adverse market fee and was surprised that Corey not just acknowledged it, but also told me ways to save. I finally accepted a smaller amount of cash, but was able to refinance and save hundreds of dollars a month. I know there are many ways to finance a home, but I like there is a real salesperson on the other end and a great team to get it done quickly and with great savings, A+ in my book...

  I was told that down payment assistance was too hard or too expensive by another lender.  So when Cory was introduced to me and he said that the dpa was cheap and was better than spending my hard earned money, I thought it was too good to be true.  But he showed me on paper and then made sure that I had what I needed in order to make the best decision.  I really appreciated how he got me to his partner at the bank and his realtor partner in the field, even finding me a better deal on homeowner's insurance!  I can't recommend Cory and his team enough, they saved me money.
