  Today I had the pleasure of working with Beth! I needed some financial advise on what was the best route to refinance some loans and other debts. Beth is very personable and knowledgeable, she definitely has the best interest for the customer! She helped me lower my interest rates and payments on my outstanding loans. Thank you for the painless experience today, and for going above and beyond! Beth is definitely an asset to copper state and I look forward to working with her in the future!

  I've had amazing experience with opening my accounts, this is the bank where you are treated like human, unlike big bank where you are only number, Lady Carolyn was very professional and everyone also in this bank is helpful.

  I get racist vibes everytime I come in here. My last incident with them I was trying to cash a check and they tried to tell me they couldn't cash it. Once she told me why which didnt make any sense I told her to give me my check back and I'll go to the one in Surprise. Went to the one in Surprise and they cashed it with no problems. Will never step foot in this one again.
