  I contacted Jennifer Lipham at the Rockmart branch concerning a personal loan. Within a few hours she had my loan approved and the money was deposited into my account the very same day! I was very impressed with the customer service, the ease of the entire process, and the speed of obtaining the funds! I highly recommend Coosa Valley Credit Union.

  I had family savings for almost 2 years. Nothing but problems from the get go. Everything sucked from customer service to the banking app. I had a bankruptcy a year ago that was discharged in good standing and my credit is low 600’s. Family savings denied my vehicle refinance request every time even as a member. I walked in Coosa Valley and told the branch manager (Tammy) about my issues with them and applied to refinance my truck. Even with my credit, she shaved my rate in half and lowered my payment significantly. Then I opened an account and it’s been great since. I’ll never go anywhere else. They have a new lifelong member.

  By far the best bank I’ve ever been too honestly. Easy to work with. Very understanding. They do their best to help. They are by far just the best. 10/10 would recommend
