      The app has not worked since an update on September 14th 2020. They do not have tec support that the customers can talk to only people in branches that are not qualified to answer questions.

      We appreciate the comment of Mr. McKee. After investigating, Coosa Pines FCU has discovered that the issue lies in the member's Android 6 operating system. The current version of Android is 10, with the latest release on September 8, 2020, and the CPFCU app requires at least an Android 7. Since the app is not broken, we suggest that the member update to at least Android 7. If he cannot update on his phone, or does not want to update, then he may continue to use online banking via his web browser. The online banking service is built to also work well on smartphones. Thank you!

      Lost out on a loan cause there computer system is always messed up and they cant give proper documentation showing how long you been on a checking account
