  Karen and Jodi are awesome!! I went in to open an account and also had some questions about refinancing my new car loan. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday (I hate doing that but was a rare weekday off and my to do schedule was packed) but Karen and Jodi both gave me great customer service like it was the middle of a Tuesday morning! Karen got my accounts open and helped me choose the cutest owl pic on my new card. Such a great experience! Looking forward to banking with Coosa Pines!

  The place is a little behind the times as far as online/app banking. It feels more like banking in the early 2000s. But I got a great interest rate on car loan here, better than anybody else. I wouldn't have my regular checking/savings accounts here, but it's great for a car loan.

  Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Got a great rate on a loan and they are quick and efficient. Great credit union that I am proud to be a member of.

  I have enjoyed banking at Coosa Pines. They had our car loan secured quickly and I was driving home in my new car by the end of the day with the lowest rates in the area. Their customer service went above and beyond. It’s great to bank with people and a company that you can trust.

  I am absolutely stunned at the stupidity of these people! They made mistakes opening my and my son's account, so social security didn't deposit my funds...I went there to correct it, she tells me I need to bring back paperwork proving I'm my son's mother...even tho if I werent, I wouldn't have been able to open the first account! She blames me for the mistakes their employees made, then when I tell her I don't have time to return because I live twenty plus miles away, she's sarcastic. .....I'm disabled due to severe fibromyalgia and horrible pain, and haven't been able to work in fifteen years...I can't even get disability money...we desperately needed this money and now it will be days later because it's Friday, won't be open again til Monday! I'm in so much pain and also upset, I was treated like garbage and not one mistake made was mine! What's worse, she's so stupid I really think she has no clue the mistakes are the credit union's! To think idiots like this are in charge of millions of dollars floors me! They set up my account all wrong and actually think it's my fault! ! Unfreakinbelieveable!!!!

I understand that you can dial your favorite branch's direct number, but the call will roll over to the first person available in the category you choose, for example option 4 for Member Service or option 5 for Loans. The feature is meant to ensure that you reach an employee in a timely manner, but there is always room for improvement! I'll share this with our IT Manager right away.
