  I usually don't write reviews but...I took a vehicle loan out with them, it was pretty easy. After e-signing the papers I sent a copy of proof of insurance to them. Apparently they lost it because I received a letter from them requiring proof of insurance. I called them and spoke with Derick on 11/6/20 and gave him all of my insurance info. He told me he would contact my insurance agent and get the info they would need and if he any any questions or problems he would call me. No call, so I assumed everything was good. 11/21/20 I get a letter informing me they bought insurance for me and are going to charge my account over $1000 to cover the cost of this. I can't believe they are so irresponsible on losing my info and then acting as if it was my fault. I will take my loan and accounts to a different credit union.

  All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Can't get to my online account. Wasted over an hour on the phone can't get through. If my credit takes a hit for this there will be legal action taken. Worst financial institution I have ever worked with.

  Don’t bank here! I had funding in my account and wanted to pay cash for a new vehicle and they wouldn’t allow it ($2,000 max limit). Now manager called and sealed the deal that they don’t care for customer service. Time to find a new bank. Very dissatisfied. Was customer for over 4 years.

  This Credit Union is very popular locally. They conduct business with security protocols that are too aggressive for the average earner. It is very easy to have to make multiple visits due to minor errors on deposit forms, personal checks, and other signed forms. I find it very annoying.

  I have found it very difficult to use their after hours communication options. To ser up an account online when it rejects your last name...after being a customer for 30 yrs. or to leave a voice message with their automated answering system...just an fyi...unless you have a specific name or extension #...forget using it! When you press the option that's supposed let you leave a voice message...it takes you to the business days/hours message! Then if you press 0 as advised...it just takes you through the whole worthless process again. Very frustrating! If you have a situation that needs addressing a.s.a.p....forget it! Everyone might be in a meeting during business hours. What do you do if you can't reach anyone during or after business hours?

  Every time I have called customer service I am put on an indefinite hold regardless of time or day, which is surprising to think that Connexus has such a high call volume that they are incapable of answering a phone call at any given time during operating hours! MAN do I miss Bullseye.

  Great service and staff is always friendly. I've never had any inconveniences. I love their online app for on-the-go banking.

  Rude office workers when applying for loans.. 2x now on applications and they never get back to you from wausau branch they rather forget about you rather than give responses back

  I would highly recommend using any other credit Union or bank. And I emphasize highly.
