  They charge a $20 fee for paying loan on phone. I could understand $5 but $20 is Absolutely ridiculous! They don't make it easy to pay your bill. Only complicated online hassle to pay and snail mailing it in with a check. Very Disappointed they don't provide what most people would consider the standard way to make a payment anywheref else without it costing an arm/ leg. They should provide it at little or no cost. They won't even set up automatic payments over phone.

  I went into this location to cash a check that is written from a connex account holder. Once they looked at the check they automatically said "I'm not sure we can cash this" then took my check to the back for about 5 minutes, upon the return of the teller she typed some stuff into the computer and then said "We can't cash it", I asked why and she said we are a smaller bank and don't have cash. What type of bank doesn't have at least $10k cash on hand at any time. What pisses me off is that if I was in a suit and tie and my complexion was different, they would have had the cash. What's even more is, I was going to open 2 accounts (personal checking and a business checking), after this experience I will stick to my bank that always has cash on hand in case I need it. What if I was a customer and needed an emergency withdrawal of the same amount? I would be out of luck. Very Disappointed. #Blaze

  This branch for one needs a new manger she doesn't answer or return phone calls. Tried to get ahold of her for 2 weeks on vacation. Also drive up service is horrible I waited 35 mins with no one ahead of me. They should send some ppl from north haven down to orange to show them how it's done.

  They are the sweetest people in the world of banking! You never received the smiles , laughter, in any other credit union or bank like you do in Connex. Thank you for being you😋.

  POOOR customer service at the Orange Branch 2 female tellers EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE. TODAY WAS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AND MY FINAL. ABRASIVE RUDE ABRASIVE RUDE. THE MANAGER SHOULD DO SOME TRAINING. I WANT TO BE SURE THIS REVIEW IS SEEN. I PLAN ON CONTACTING THERE CORPORATE -IF THEY EVEN HAVE ONE. Again very rude and abrasive.

  Very happy with the online banking system and customer service. Sometimes the line can be a little long, but that can be expected.
