Every single time I call They are disrespectful and rude. Rarely do they help and they lie constantly about what they are allowed to do. More like a high school than a bank, some of the most unprofessional receptionists I have ever spoken to. If you want easy access to your funds and good customer service take your money elsewhere.

The tellers have always been professional and kind when I go to the credit union. However, the receptionist in the loan department is inappropriately rude and condescending every time I have to deal with her. The credit union is a great resource but that woman makes me want to stay away and never get another car loan through them. I'm so glad I paid my loan off.
