  At compass there is a personalized white glove kind of service, I am very pleased with treatment I get at that location, have financed 2 cars already, honest, no drama or trikiness of dealers.

  If I can give them a negative star I would. Not only were they continuing to take payment AFTER my loan was fulfilled but they kept the lien on my loan for months AFTER my loan was satisfied. Every time I called they said, “yes yes no worries we will take care of it” but they sat on their butts and did nothing! Terrible banking location!

  Compass Financial is NOT like any financial instituion I have ever dealt with. From the Executive Vice President George Jorge to the incredible finance teams, Ruth, Rolando, Rep's like Danais and everyone at the branch in Doral, personal care and undivided attention is all you can expect from the very first handshake. Whether you are wanting a better checking and savings account option, refinance a car loan, discuss new car ownership, or any of the many services offered, you will treated with dignity, respect and feel as if you are the only customer they have. It is truly amazing how far they will go to keep you happy, satisfy your financial needs and give you the peace of mind needed in these uncertain times. I could not offer a higher recommendation for Compass Financial FCU and I am still trying to find more ways to do business with them. They work well with my customers, myself and my employees also love them. They are proof that size does not always equate to quality.   Yes, the employee are nice but worst bank if you work a Monday to Friday 8-5 job. I wasn’t able to leave work early Friday to make it before they close ( I work 30 min away but with traffic it takes about a hour) I decide to go Saturday morning at 9 am when they open. I waited ten minutes and no one want to work apparently!!! So I guess they are now close on Saturday even though google shows it’s open. There was no sign on the doo showing they’re not opening today ... I have things to do and places to go and now I’m going to be delayed my day thank you ! I will closing my account soon !

  Great bank however You might want to adjust the hours on google. They are incorrect , it is Saturday and they are not open before 1pm
