  The El Dorado Springs, Missouri branch of Community National Bank & Trust has an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is the bank our family has trusted for many years. If you have ever done business with a hometown institution and you are looking for that personal touch in service, then this is the banking location for you. Doing business with any of the fine folks of at this branch is like doing business with a friend. All are good people that go the "extra mile" to be of service to their customers. The ladies at this location make you feel like family. We have came through late or called at the very last minute to do some banking business of all sorts and they have always accommodated our needs and not made us feel guilty about it as other banks in town have and would again. Every time you step inside the bank you are met with a feeling that you are home and amongst family. Thank You CNBT of El Dorado Springs we are proud to bank with You.

  The ladies at this location make you feel like family. We have came through or called very last minute and they’ve accommodated us and not made us feel guilty about it as other banks would! Every time you step inside the bank, it always smells good, very clean and friendly environment.

  I was referred to this bank by someone who said, " Hey, reach out to Michael Schnakenberg if your wanting 1st class service"! I did just that. Let me start by saying I have dealt with banks for over 19 years in my business on an everyday basis, so when I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Schnakenberg to assist me in a loan for my home, he was absolutely nothing less than professional, down to earth, & by far the most knowledgeable banker I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He has not only made my process the smoothest, but because of his honesty, integrity and his common sense approach, Community National Bank & Trust has gained a new customer for life. Each time my wife and I have visited the bank, whether it be inside for business dealings, or with the staff thru the drive thru, its never been less than perfect!!! They make you feel like you are dealing with family each and every time you visit. So, great job to each and every employee we have had the opportunity to work with and my wife and I want to give special thanks to Mr. Schnakenberg for being the best!!! Great Job!!!

  This bank has been great in anything I have needed. Most of their staff is always very friendly and eager to help wherever possible. I can not complain about this particular institute. If I have online issues, or just questions. I always get the answers I need. I am proud to be an established customer with Community National Bank & Trust, El Dorado Springs Branch.

  This bank just bought our formerly locally-owned bank, and it is definitely a downgrade. We can no longer make electronic transfers from this bank to our other bank, and our renters can't transfer their rent into our account without physically going to the bank now. Super inconvenient, especially during a pandemic. They mail you a paper check which you then have to deposit. You can deposit it remotely if it's to a personal account, but it still adds two steps (mailing and depositing) to a process that used to be automatic (schedule it once and forget about it). Considering closing my account. Banks today should know that the convenience of remote banking is paramount to most of its clientele...

  WOW! ! This place is a joke ! Incompetent employees, when mistakes are made, thus "bank" refuses to take their part of the responsibility. Enough said. . .
