  I worked with Jim on the refinance of my home and he did a great job! He is relaxed yet engaging which is a great combination when working through something like a cash-out refi. I'm a Realtor and am now recommending Jim to my clients when they are looking for properties. He's a solid dude and I'm glad to have him as a resource for all of my lending needs and questions!   Jeremy Marks and his team were a pleasure to work with during the entire process of buying a home with my wife. He was able to answer all of our questions happily (we had many as first time home owners), and never seemed annoyed. I wasn't even in the same state during the whole process but Jeremy and his team kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. Jeremy was always available for a quick call or text and he explained the different fees associated with purchasing a home and the next steps involved which I really appreciated. I'm pretty sure I asked him the same questions multiple times but he always answered them with grace and the same enthusiasm. From start to finish, it felt like working with a group of friends that really had your back and best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend them for future home owners and we will be using them again for our next home! Shout out to Michelle Brace as well for keeping us updated and on schedule!

  We refinanced our home through Community America. We were lucky to find Kevin Fisk through a Vetted VA group on Facebook. We refinanced from a 30 year FHA to a 15 year VA loan. His communication was awesome! We talked to a few other loan officers before him. The others couldn't compare. He was the first to give us a written loan estimate and was so easy to work with. He made it a point to keep us informed of each step. A lot of the times, it was he who initiated the conversation. We always felt in the loop. He will be the first person we contact for any future mortgage needs. We are very happy customers!

  I worked with Kevin Fisk on my VA Loan. From pre-approval to closing on my house, was just a little over 2 months. He made everything very clear and was very quick to respond to any of my emails or calls. Only thing I would have done different is gone with a realtor who was just as well versed in the VA loan as he is. I highly recommend, especially if you’re using your VA benefit.

  Kevin Fisk has been working with me for 4 months to get my mortgage deal closed. Kevin is going to make sure you have everything set before you get to underwriting. It's a very thorough process and he truly keeps the communication flowing to ensure that everything does happen. He has many clients to serve and I always felt that he was there, only for me.
