ran ada1I wish I could give them a no star rating, "we will find a way" only applies when I have 80m on deposit for years but when I want a loan they can't find a way. NO I will not be banking with you and my 100,000$ account will be leaving thanks for decade of holding my money but when I want a loan you are no place to be found or helpful or willing SEE YOU. bye bye. ANYONE starting a class action lawsuit for false advertising please contact me I would like to join the class.

Teca C1Rude pimple faced teller basically accused me of stealing my paycheck I asked her if she wanted to see my ID and she said no not sure why there was two teller just to help my I usually go to the one on Southpark park I've never had any problems there always good service. Feel like I was racially profiled with the teller asking is this even yours? Where did you get it from?and laughing in my face. As if the check doesn't have my name on it! What's the point of questioning me like that if you don't want to just look at my ID!

Cassie5They were able to refinance my car loan and save me almost 3% interest. The tellers are always friendly and make sure the my pups are taken care of too. Never had any issues and I do all my banking through them.

Viva La Grover5Without doubt, this bank has been the best experience I have ever had. I love that they don't have a robotic answering machine when I call, rather I am immediately connected to someone who is well informed on any questions I may have. Everyone I have encountered has been nothing less than transparent and well educated on any topic I need to discuss. Much better than any experience I've ever had at Verve or US Bank which I had been members of for five plus years.

Sueann1This bank needs a lot of help. Unprofessional. They took money out of 2 of my accounts and went to a negative balance. They cleared a title for us and then months later want us to take it back at our convenience. All they say is sorry. New manager who took over is mouthy and rude. This bank has really lacked. I used to love it. I dont know why it turned so bad. They also had their auto pay take out 2 payments instead of 1. She used the words moving forward... yup let's move forward.

Eric Schroeder1The teller at the window is slow and rude. She first refused to give me my money and told me I would have to go inside on a day it was more than 20 degrees below zero at a time that the inside of the bank was not even open. I have been a member for over 15 years and I can’t believe they are still open treating long time customers this way.. looks like I will have to open an account at verve credit union where hopefully they don’t hire old hags to play games with peoples hard earned money!!

Brian Collar125 year customer. Went in on Saturday and the teller did not know how to deposit a check. I had drive to a different CFCU in Oshkosh just to find someone who could deposit a check. Every interaction I have with CF is excruciating. Every one.

Jody Swestka3Doesn't seem to follow their branding slogan. The customer service is good once you get to the counter. I refuse to use the drive-up window because it takes double the amount of time. Access is NOT easy out, the driveway lines up with Festival and Menards and the othrt is a very busy intersection. You have to have the account numbers if calling in to transfer, which is for protection, but should have another option available.
