Jorge Norman5Justin from Community First Credit Union was wonderful to work with. He helped us every step of the way and was responsive, available and professional all the way to closing and beyond. He gets the job done very efficiently and with a personal touch that we are very happy to recommend to anyone with mortgage lending needs in the area. Thanks Justin! And thanks CFCU! 10/10!

Stephen Dunlap5In the past 4 years I have gotten multiple personal & vehicle loans working with Carina Morales & recently Amber Heck. BOTH of these ladies are very nice to work with and quick to respond in my inquiries on related matters. The Fort Bragg branch manager Tracy McDaniel is always there to help as well when needed. I will be back to CFCU the next time I need financing for sure.

Bethany Brewer5Amber Heck is the sweetest, kindest & smartest lady. She’s able to be so personable while also multitasking and patiently answering every question I had. We need a million more Ambers on this planet, she made me feel instantly at ease and has gone above and beyond to help me more than once. I cannot thank her enough, give this woman a raise!!!

Amie McGee5I am the treasurer for 2 writing groups with similar names in my community and it can be very confusing. Emma at the Fort Bragg branch was fantastic! She helped me set up online access for each group, ordered cards for me, found numbers I needed, and was so pleasant! I know there were many other things she guided me through that I am forgetting. I expected to leave without finishing all the tasks I needed to finish, but did not. It was a wonderful experience and so much smoother than I anticipated. My great thanks to Emma and the Fort Bragg branch!

Fred Darland5We started working with Tracy when we banked with Washington Mutual. Tracy is so customer orientated that we followed her to Mendo Lake Credit Union and stayed with her through the merger with Community First. We have several accounts, including a business line of credit, and could not be more pleased with Tracy and her group's service. This was especially true during 2020 when our business transitioned to remote banking and ACH services.
