      Rude staff and they take forever shunned charge you for everything, as bad as suntrust. Go to capitalone if you can, they at least protect your money and look out for you Suntrust let someone steal $4,800 from me and wouldn't reimburse me and made me pay the extra $1,000 they let be withdrawn even though only 20 days had passed when it started.

      Absolutely awful. Take your money and time elsewhere. Rude staff. If you want to wait an hour and have people taken in front of you that came in after you and be disrespected, this is the place for you.
