  The employees are always friendly and make me feel welcome. They're great!! I don't feel rushed when dealing with banking concerns. I know 'I am in good hands'! Great atmosphere when you walk in. No long lines. Good location, easy access.

  On line account continues to delete my info at least once a month. Calling your on line help is totally a work of art ,it has you press number after number to get another recording. After getting someone human they reset password full of apologizes only to happen the next month or so. When trying online it says my account does not exist. Tell me thats not funny

  I walked up to be helped and I was the only one waiting and noone even greeted me, incredibly rude honestly… Good thing I never go here otherwise I would of said something because they do not make you feel very welcome at all.

  My daughter is a student this semester in Africa. The bank closed her debit card and left her there with no way to get money. I would think that they would be better with their customers. Just thought anyone looking for a bank might want to know this.

  All community banks are terrible... bad customer service, close early with no notice, and only drive through on Saturday if you’re lucky. DO NOT USE THIS BANK

  They closed our local branch, then it turns out they have bankers hours and are closed on Saturdays at the nearest branch.😠
