  I’ve never had a problem with anyone here. I’ve co-signed for a car loan, and took out a personal loan, which I was approved for both, at a MUCH lower rate than ANYONE else was offering. I can’t imagine banking anywhere other than at a credit union.

  The management and staff at the Chariton, Iowa branch of Community 1st Credit Union are always so welcoming and friendly. They are always very professional and helpful during my interactions with them!

  My mentally disabled little brother attempted to cash a check here and was treated very rudely. Would not recommend this bank! It is not okay to treat a mentally handicap young man this way who was not doing anything wrong!

  Very poor service. In my opinion the branch manager seems racist and homophobic. I would not recommend this branch.
