      I took out a loan with them a couple years ago and almost done paying on it. Tried to do a Christmas loan and they told me I didn't qualify. Like really I have direct deposit so my money would be good cause they take out my fees for my loan from my direct deposit. Its always that one loan agent that always tell me no. Once I'm done paying for my loan I'm switching back to Neches cause they do they best to help you with your needs.

      I need another bank this one is very disappointing( this was a year ago. The online banking is a joke. The people are friendly enough though. I just wished as a whole the bank was more professional and sophisticated. Well it's a year later I still am having hell with the app. But I do like the people that work there they are doing there best to satisfy my needs.

      We just wanted to let our 5 year old use the restroom right off of the interstate and in a clean safe place. But no we were promptly told that unless we were members that they did not have a restroom we could use. What century do you live in that common courtesy to a child is sidelined by some retarded policy of, "no public restrooms?" I hope that anyone who reads this review realizes at this point that it is no longer Texas Coastal Crédit union as well. The company that is currently and newly by the looks of it in its place is Common sense credit union. . . . Watch out people, because it looks like the decency and common courtesy once afforded to any and all who enter a credit union has come and gone with this place. COMMON sense credit union looks like it is running low on the very idea that it is named after. Common sence. Families and all who care for decency and kindly service avoid like the plague.
