  Bad management, every location the tellers gossip about their clients. It's a small town bank, small town problems at each location. Bank president makes bad decisions with his investors money, just my opinion

  Customer service is 0, forget about them ever calling you back or being much help. Also are constantly having to hire new tellers and the tellers dont even know the local people

  I love this bank. I have had an account with them since i was 13. So friendly and really take great care of their customers.

  Not happy with this bank. The tellers never know who you are, regardless of how many years you've banked there. Also, funds tend to " disappear"...
