  I've always found the folks at Commercial Trust to be helpful and quick about it. I had an e-Statement not showing up in my account online so I talked with CT and they sorted it out. Just one of those technical glitches that can sometimes occur. Over the years I've talked to them about one thing or another, and they're always pleasant and get things taken care of. Glad to do business with them.

  Banking with CTC is the way to go! They always are there to help me and even called me to let me know there was fraud on my account and saved my money from being taken! They always have the answers to my questions and I’m always greeted with a smile!

  We have been customers since the 1970’s. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is important to have a bank that knows you personally as well as professionally. The customer service is top-notch and you are not treated like just another customer, but as the most important customer!
