  This bank will fine you to death for anything and everything. Tried to close our account after they fined us over $100 for having a balance below $10,000 (which wasn't supposed to happen, they gave us the wrong account type). But the guy failed to close out account fully, so when a subscription got charged to our account (giving us a negative balance) the bank tried to charge us over $100 again! Do not bank with Commerce!

  I have been a costumer of commerce for around 10 years now. I have trusted Commerce for my banking needs and for advisement in those areas. Recently, Commerce gave me a poor deal without warning me or helping me understand what was happening. When I went back to discuss the matter after I found out that I had been given a very poor deal, I was dismissed and given a pay answer. I will be switching banks, hopefully to find a bank that I can trust to deal with me openly and help me understand the process.

  Went in this morning, ONLY customer there. Staff strolling around and chatting while I stand at the entrance where the sign says Wait Here for Service. All I want is to make a deposit and leave. Took 10 minutes, no "Good morning", no "Have a nice day". Sorry, but I thought I had accidentally walked into the DMV.
