  worse card ive ever dealt with,impossible to reach are they even leagle?ive had a brain anurizum and trying to speak to a human is impossible.something is taking money off my card for months and i dont know who they are but i cant reach this direct exspress bank

  The Direct Express Debit card is issued by Comerica Bank. This is the card you'll receive to get the Covid stimulus payments, and other government aid like SSI. Comerica support is nonexistent, and when available, incompetent. No customer service what so ever, a website filled with glitches and loopholes, and good luck trying to get in touch with a human being. For example, if you call customer service and receive an approximate wait time of 25 minutes, you'll probably be on hold for 2-3 hours. Please do not use this bank! If you have other options to receive your payment try that instead, and save your self a huge headache and hours of wasted time!

  Been using their atm for quite a few, atm swallowed my international debit card. Called them next day and they say they got it and is safe. I showed up at the branch and they had destroyed the card even though I call to get it. Incompetent people at their best. Never going back.

  Horrible call wait time is so long, get to talk to someone and then transferred to a different person then their phone disconnects !!!! Can’t get my card to work will not allow me to reset password!!!!!!
