  I had a total of 22 saving bonds I was cashing to get a car. There is a policy that your only allowed to cash up to 10 at time and no more than 1000$ Per day. I cashed 10 at credit union one no problem. I cashed the other 10 at citizens bank no problem. I go to comerica, the teller tells me I can only cash one at a time I ask her if she's sure because my past transactions were fine, she says snootily fine I'll check, she then goes on her computer and glances at my every 30 seconds with a dirty look. My boyfriend who was with me says of its that much of a problem we can go somewhere else she says yeah you do that and smirks at me while sliding my bonds over to my hand. Super rude. Was thinking about opening an account here but I've decided on citizens bank after having such rude service.

  My ma might like she bank there for 50 years or more but i don't like the way they treat me they didn't black teller see how much my ma is payed i don't like derect express eather i mine an try to bank with someone else

  I'm glad somebody loved my money more than I did that's okay cuz I'm getting it back triple fold ☺️ and you know who you are you are going to give me my money 💸💰💸 back we were at several places on September 22nd Aldi's Uncle Joe's I don't know you know exactly where I figured it out on my timeline in I see that them are the dates that you pick me up at Big boy and we stopped at Kroger's, uncle Joe's, Aldi, and yes I am the one who's robbed the $400 at Comerica bank because I cannot use a ATM because you use my card and often places we stopped at to draw money you know who you are...Jess

  Slowest drive thru service. Only 1 window open and because of Covid the lobby is closed. If your lobby is shut down daily...all TWO of your drive ups should be open.

  30 min hold for nothing, tried calling off a different phone for them to pick up my cell phone hold and the lady doesn’t even understand what I mean. Leaving this bank and never coming back.

  There was a lady teller at this branch who is not polite. I felt very disappointed. It's disgusting.
