  They helped me open my business bank account. It was so easy and they were very helpful. I call anytime they know me by name and always has answers. I left timberland bank ( horrible bank) and found the most reliable best bank.

  Drive through service takes forever and in the past 10 years it’s only gotten worse Back here again and three cars filling up three lanes and I sat here for over five minutes waiting for one car to leave and I pull up and there’s one person working the drive-through… wow

  I had some fraud on my account through some cash app that I've never heard of. It was 175.00 total with two transactions. Their fraud department wrote me a letter in a very accusatory tone that it was me. They didn't use all the information I provided. There's a young lady there (Hailey?) a the counter who took my information and got everything corrected and credited on her own. She kept in touch the whole time and it was amazing. I didn't care about the money. Just that it was investigated correctly. She made it happen. These 5 stars are for her

  I got locked out of my account on Friday I could not access it again till Monday I had some foreign lady trying to reset my password she asked me 9 times let me repeat tlet me repeat that 9 times for security questions all of which we're correct still I couldn't get my password recently password reset Columbia bank Has to be the worst customer service I've seen in my life

  Using the drive thru to make a one check deposit took 10 minutes. Other vehicles came and went. No idea what there issue was.

  The counter people are all really nice. And when all the counters are full, the other people in the branch seem more thab happy to help. A really well put together staff. :) -HappyCustomer
