  Kory Kavanewsky went above and beyond to help me with a double payment issue. His intervention made it possible for me to pay incoming bills without my getting stressed out over a duplicate mortgage payment and not having ready cash. I recommend him so very highly. I would never use a different mortgage broker for my mortgage needs. I would always use and recommend him.

  When we decided to buy our first home, we got paired up Kory from CMG, and he was beyond amazing. Kory and his team were so helpful and made the first time home buying process the easiest process my husband and I have ever done! Kory and them were very punctual and honest, as well being up front with every small aspect of the whole process. I will always refer them to anyone who is looking at buying a home. Kory and his entire team were always available for questions and always guiding us in the right direction with all of the tasks during the process! He was able to close on our house super fast, which also helped with the whole house buying experience. All in all, if anyone wants an amazing team who treats you like family, CMG mortgage is where it's at!

  Kory helped me with he purchase of my first home. Kory's team kept my wife and I very up to date on the process. We felt in the loop and appreciated. My wife and I are very cautious people financially so we had lots of detailed questions.   My wife and I got in touch with CMG about a year before we were ready to buy to inquire about different loan types, interest rates, etc. Even though we were a year out, Kory went through all of the options that would be available to us and the pros and cons of each. When the time got closer to purchase, we got back in touch and had a refresher conversation. As we started the approval process, we began to work with others on the team and the process was very efficient and smooth. There is a lot of information and can be quite overwhelming, but my wife and I felt very comfortable with Kory from the first time we spoke. The team was quick to respond to questions and help guide us through the process. And while we don't plan on moving for a while, we will definitely use Kory and CMG Financial in the future and would highly recommend to others.

  The whole experience from beginning to end has been so amazing. I began this journey with no knowledge other than I wanted to purchase a home in Montana. I had contacted a couple mortgage companies in the Montana area without success as I just was not comfortable. One day I decided to call a local company as I had a question about mortgage rates. I hadn't called a company in Coronado previously as I had a feeling they dealt with very high end homes and mortgages, and my situation was very meager in comparison. I spoke with Kory Kavanewsky. He was awesome! I felt so comfortable talking to Kory that I made an appointment to meet him in person that very day. He explained everything about the process thoroughly, and the journey began. Every step of the way was such a great experience. Everyone I communicated with were so nice, knowledgeable, and really had a way of making me feel special and comfortable. Even though my situation was financially small I was treated with such respect. If I didn't understand something, my questions were answered with courtesy. Kory, Heather, Martina, and Bill, were exemplary in personality, knowledge, and understanding. I have already recommended CMG to a colleague, and I will continue to do so.   It was my first home buying experience, and I was entering it prepared to take on an extremely stressful and grueling obstacles. Surprisingly, it didn't turn out as painful as I anticipated and a lot it goes to the outstanding service and guidance provided by Kory and his team. Upon for first conversation, Kory explained everything in layman terms making it very easy for me to wrap my head around how financing worked and the timeline of things. Throughout the process, we came across some obstacles, but Kory and his team provide above-and-beyond guidance to help the deal go through. He was not only knowledgeable, but always easily accessible which was so critical given the time-sensitivity of the deal. I cannot say enough great things for the service he has provided and would highly recommend him to anyone!
