  Clint Edwards spent three years working with us to get us the perfect loan. He gave great initial advice on how to get the loan we wanted by having the credit we needed. He suggested cards and credit accounts to open and how to use each to maximize our credit rating and when our credit rating skyrocketed with his help he still got us a better rate than the banks that suddenly became our best friends after taking his advice. Through our loan process Clint and his staff were amazing, they negotiated with multiple lenders and got us an outstanding loan. Every step of the underwriting was covered from advice to letter writing. They explained every part of the process and made the entire loan process possible for us with great advice and hard work. Clint even found us an amazing realtor and provided excellent vendor references when asked as he knows Bend and CO as well as anyone.   Clint and his team continuously exceeded my expectations. As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated their patience and kindness every step of the way. No question was too small, and they were always happy to jump on a call to make sure I felt comfortable with and understood each step. They are personable, friendly, and professional.   My wife and I worked with Clint a few months back on our new home purchase. This was our first home purchase so we were unsure of how to go about it. Clint was patient and helpful in all my phone calls and emails trying to understand how everything worked. He took time out of his day to sit down with us over coffee and explain the process in person and answer our questions. That proved to be very helpful when trying to interpret big questions like how and when to lock interest rates, the differences between the different loan types, what it means to buy down interest ect ect. Again, I was a first time buyer and most of these concepts were new to me. I was grateful to have Clint there to help me through. In the end, I'm very happy with our purchase and glad we went with Clint.

  Honestly it’s hard to believe that you can have such a direct friendly connection these days and it’s with your mortgage company! Both Clint and his assistant Mara were so tentative to every little question we had. I’m sure we were annoying at times and they just handled it all with such grace and ease and always returned our calls quickly. They completely came thru for us, and we now have a beautiful new home to call our own. We will absolutely be recommending Clint to all of our friends and family.
