  My mortgage broker, Janet, is a top notch professional and made my mortgage application and loan approval a breeze. I expected complications, being self employed, and she led me through the process without issue. Opening and managing my non-mortgage accounts with the "front of house" banking staff has also been a simple process. Every staff member has been efficient, helpful and made each bank visit an A+ experience.

  Clear Mt Bank is truly a local, community bank. We have accounts here and recently completed the home-buying/mortgage APP process with Janet Saul and it was a seamless, pleasant and straightforward process.   This is our first house in America, we do it with Janet, she is a nice man. At the first meet, we have apointment at Thursday, but I go to office at Tuesday, it's my fault, Janet haven't refused me and we talk about my loan. My english is poor, but Janet always patiently communicate to me,. At the end, we have got the loan, thank you so much to Janet from me, my wife and two our young son.
