  We had nothing but excellent service from Citywide and our loan agent, Blake Allred. He was very patient with us as we moved through the loan process. Even when we had to back out of a couple deals he always reassured us the right house would come along. Finally it did and Blake worked diligently to get us the perfect loan.   Applying for a refinance can seem overwhelming. I was certainly hesitant, but once Blake Allred provided some numbers for me I was convinced! I gave him all the paperwork as quickly as I could and he did all the hard work. My husband was also quickly won-over when he realized that the lower interest rate would decrease our monthly mortgage payments by hundreds. (These results, of course, vary based on timing and the current market). I highly recommend working with Blake Allred at Country Club Mortgage for a new home loan or refinance.
