  There is not a whole lot of difference between Banks. They all serve the main function, that is to receive money, and then it back out. They sell certificates of deposit, mortgages, and they give loans. And occasionally they pay interest. The best way I know to tell them apart, is to find one with these you can live with, and also with friendly people who are willing to work with you.
